- Deep squats, 1, 2, 3, then jump 180 degrees
- Planks from elbows with jumping jacks
- Left leg runners
- Right leg runners
- Shoulder and foot arch with left leg kick
- Shoulder and foot arch with right leg kick
- Left foot over right leg crunches
- Right foot over left leg crunches
