This guy really can do the reptile pushups! Hop on one foot
- Hop on other foot
- Duck walk
- Sumo walk
- Standing pushups
- Reptile pushups
- Bicycle for abs
Then.. 3 sets of 50 Bicycles
Notes:
- Use both feet for hops if you can’t do one foot
- Duck walk is feet close together, sitting as low as you can go, head up, chest out, butt out
- Sumo is like Duck, except feet wide apart
- Standing pushups, feet wide apart, as much weight on hands as you can do
- Reptile pushups, if you can’t do pushup, just do reptile – bring your knee up to touch elebow and switch sides
- Bicycle, keep your back flat on ground, extend one leg level with ground and the other up to touch your knee with it’s opposite elebow
