- Sitting position 1: set to level 3 for 3 minutes
- Increase by 1 level for 3 minutes
- Increase by 1 level for 3 minutes
- Increase by 1 level for 3 minutes
- Reduce level by 1 and go on standing position 3 for 3 minutes
- Increase by 1 for 3 minutes
- Increase by 1 for 3 mintues
In the gym: 2 rounds of the following 50/10’s
- Reverse Crunches
- Left hand holding weight, sit up
- Right hand holding weight, sit up
- Bicycle
- Crunches with left leg point straight up, right leg just off the ground

- Crunches with right leg point straight up, left leg just off the ground

- Leg lifts (slow!)

- Arches (push with your heels, arms over your head, lift your hips)
