- Increase resistance by 1 for 1 minute
- Standing, set resistance to 4 for 5 minutes as fast as you can go
- Increase resistance by 1 for 1 minute
- Increase resistance by 1 for 1 minute, hill climbing pace
- Increase resistance by 1 for 1 minute
- Sitting set resistance to 2 for 3 minutes
- Set resistance to zero, cool down
In the gym, 3 sets of the following 50/10’s:
- Mountain climbers
- Swing leg touch calf
- Reverse crunches
- Left foot on right leg crunches
- Right foot on left leg crunches
- Right Oblique sit ups
- Left Obliques sit ups
- Scissors
