We’ve designed our Tatyana’s fitness program as a complete program where we’ll give you everything you need to get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time.
Every workout is designed to help you to burn fat and maximize your results. We do something called High Intensity Interval Training- and all that means is that you’ll be getting your heart rate up, then let it come down, then get it back up again, and then down again. There’s no long, boring cardio or running.
Basically it puts your body into a faster metabolic state where you’re burning fat for 24-48 hours AFTER your workout, versus just 2-3 hours if you did something like go for a jog.
We also focus on flexibility and mobility. We designed it as a comprehensive program so if you come 3-6 days per week, you’ll be working everything you need to work in your entire body.
One of my favorite parts about our program is the people. It’s like a family atmosphere. There’s no judgment, and everyone is super supportive and encouraging of each other’s goals!
We also have a personal accountability coach that will help to keep you on track to make sure you’re doing everything you need to be doing to reach your goals.
